Job Summary

Assemble pre-cut parts to create GO-Manufacturing end products.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble drawers using pre-cut parts using a variety of products - wood glue, hot-melt glue gun, brad/pin nail gun, staple gun, and hammer.
  • Cut raw materials with a Miter saw that including plywood, solid hardwood and MDF
  • Use metric tape measure to verify sizes of raw materials and completed parts
  • Correctly perform all aspects of work, meeting quality standards and requirements
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and management

Required Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read a tape measure and basic math skills
  • Must be able to achieve results in an accurate and timely manner
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Working knowledge of woodworking and general assembly techniques
  • Skilled use of panel saws, miter saws and hand tools
  • Skilled at reading technical drawings or blueprints
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working in a fast-paced assembly environment
