We are currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in healthcare or recruiting to utilize their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various healthcare positions
- Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent
- Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure the best recruitment strategies are utilized
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and job market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment goals
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
