Locations: Multiple clinic sites across the Greater Toronto Area

Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting for multiple roles with a well-established clinic group in the Greater Toronto Area.

Role Summary

We are seeking General Internists / Internal Medicine Physicians to join busy outpatient clinics across the GTA. This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking a streamlined practice environment with a strong supporting team, steady patient volume, and the ability to focus on clinical care without unnecessary operational headaches.

The clinics offer a fast-paced, well-supported setting where physicians can build and maintain a broad adult outpatient practice while working independently within an organized, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care for adult patients
Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver ongoing care for patients with complex medical needs and multiple comorbidities
- Order and interpret laboratory investigations and diagnostic testing
- Develop treatment plans, manage follow-up care, and coordinate referrals as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation using the clinic EMR
- Collaborate with clinic staff to support efficient, high-quality patient care in a busy setting

Compensation

Qualifications

- MD or equivalent with training in Internal Medicine
- Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) or eligible for independent licensure in Ontario
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a broad range of adult medical conditions in an outpatient setting
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centred approach
- Senior physicians are encouraged to apply; all qualified candidates will be considered
