Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of an active Ontario clinic opportunity and is currently seeking a General Practitioner to join a growing group of practices in Markham.

Position: General Practitioner (Family Medicine)
Location: Markham, ON (off Highway 7 East)
Type: Full-time preferred (part-time considered) | Flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends)
Start Date: ASAP

Overview

A modern, well-supported clinic in Markham is seeking a General Practitioner to support continued growth. A new clinic location is scheduled to open in February 2026 and will be fully built-out and ready for use.

The clinic is open to either:

• a clinic/practice takeover (monthly sublease negotiable depending on practice style and existing patient panel), or
• a traditional fee-split arrangement.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
• Manage a rostered/paneled practice with support to grow your panel over time
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within efficient clinic workflows
• Collaborate with onsite support staff to optimize care delivery and continuity

Clinic & Practice Environment

• 4 exam rooms plus dedicated office space
• Full administrative support team, including reception and a physician assistant
• Attached pharmacy for patient convenience
• On-site parking

Compensation

• 80/20 fee split for the first 3 months, then 75/25 thereafter

Requirements

• CPSO registration in good standing (required)
