Locations: Greater Toronto Area + Hamilton (Mississauga, Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton; Milton as needed)

This is an excellent chance for UK- and US-trained pediatricians to relocate to Ontario, Canada and build a long-term outpatient practice with strong clinical support and quality-of-life advantages. The clinics are dedicated exclusively to children and provide a mix of urgent care, general pediatrics, and consultative assessments—without hospital work or on-call.
What Youll Do
- Provide pediatric care for walk-in urgent concerns and scheduled appointments
- Deliver routine primary care, preventative care, and immunizations
- Assess and manage acute pediatric presentations in an outpatient urgent care setting
- Support consultative/general pediatrics assessments as needed
- Collaborate with administrative, nursing, and allied health teams
- Maintain high-quality documentation and practice in alignment with Ontario standards and clinic protocols

Compensation & Incentives
- Fee-for-service split option available
- Primary compensation option: Salary Position (Hybrid Package) — base + incentive with projected $350,000–$375,000 take-home annually, based on 40 hours/week

International Candidate Requirements (UK & USA Welcome)
- Medical degree with specialist training in Pediatrics
- Licensed in Ontario (CPSO) or eligible for licensure
- US-trained pediatricians: Board certification may support a streamlined pathway to independent practice eligibility in Ontario (subject to regulatory requirements)
- UK-trained pediatricians: UK specialist training may be eligible through Royal College/CPSO pathways (eligibility varies by credentials; support is provided to navigate the process)
- International medical graduates welcome; supervision pathways may be available depending on credentials and eligibility
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient- and family-centred approach
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team-based clinic environment
