Location: Multiple clinic sites across the Greater Toronto Area
Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Toronto-based clinic group for multiple Family Physician / General Practitioner opportunities.
Practice Model: Mixed model (rostered patients plus walk-in/same-day access)
Environment: Busy, fast-paced primary care clinics with strong patient demand
Role Overview
We are seeking Family Physicians / General Practitioners to provide comprehensive, patient-centred primary care in modern outpatient clinics across the Greater Toronto Area. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking to join a well-supported clinic environment with an established patient base and strong long-term potential.
The clinics provide a broad range of services, including:
- Men's and Women's Health
- Pediatric Care and Immunizations
- Annual Physicals
- Chronic Disease Management
- Adult Consultations
- ECG
- Exercise Stress Testing
- Holter Monitoring
- Echocardiography
- Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring
- Sprains and Strains
- Chronic Pain Care
- Treatment and Rehabilitation
- Bracing
- And more
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope family medicine, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and episodic/same-day care
- Assess, diagnose, and treat common acute conditions and minor illnesses
- Manage follow-up visits, care plans, and specialist referrals as needed
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic investigations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the clinic EMR
- Collaborate with clinic staff and colleagues to deliver high-quality care in a high-volume setting

Compensation
- Fee-for-service model with a 70/30 split
Qualifications
- MD or equivalent with training in Family Medicine / General Practice
- Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), or eligible for independent practice in Ontario
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a busy primary care environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
