Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for infants, children, and adolescents
- Perform well-child visits, routine checkups, developmental surveillance, and preventive care
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Provide immunizations, health education, and family-centred guidance
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and allied health providers as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMR
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centred clinic culture
Ideal Candidate
- Eligible for independent practice in Ontario, or in process
- Trained in Pediatrics and interested in community-based primary care
- Committed to patient-centred, family-focused care
- Values teamwork, professionalism, and collaboration
- Interested in long-term practice growth within a stable clinic setting
