Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services for infants, children, and adolescents
  • Perform well-child visits, routine checkups, developmental surveillance, and preventive care
  • Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic pediatric conditions
  • Provide immunizations, health education, and family-centred guidance
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists and allied health providers as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMR
  • Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centred clinic culture

  • Eligible for independent practice in Ontario, or in process
  • Trained in Pediatrics and interested in community-based primary care
