Locations: Multiple clinic sites across the Greater Toronto Area

Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting for multiple roles with a well-established clinic group in the Greater Toronto Area.

Practice Setting: Outpatient community-based clinics
Model: Fee-for-service

Role Summary

We are seeking Psychiatrists to join busy outpatient clinics across the GTA, with a primary focus on adult patients and the flexibility to see a mix of presentations as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking for a well-supported, outpatient-only role with strong patient demand, efficient clinic operations, and minimal administrative burden.

The clinics are designed to provide psychiatrists with the infrastructure and support needed to focus on assessment, treatment, and continuity of care in a collaborative community setting.

What You'll Do

- Provide outpatient psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a broad range of mental health conditions
- Manage adult patients presenting with concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and other general psychiatric conditions
- Provide follow-up care, treatment planning, and medication management as appropriate
- Support collaborative care and coordinate with referring providers and clinic staff as needed
- Maintain high-quality documentation and practice in alignment with Ontario standards and clinic protocols

Qualifications

- MD or equivalent with specialist training in Psychiatry
- Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) or eligible for independent licensure in Ontario
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centred approach
- Comfortable working independently in a busy outpatient setting
- Senior physicians are encouraged to apply; all qualified candidates will be considered
