Customer Service Representative German Speaker (Technical Support)
Location: Remote within Spain or Hybrid in Barcelona
We're seeking a proactive and tech-savvy professional to join a dynamic support team assisting users of premium audio products and applications. This role involves responding to incoming inquiries, resolving technical incidents, and guiding customers through platforms like Soundtouch and Bose Music.
Youll maintain expertise in user-specific applications, offer status updates, and ensure issues are resolved with clarity and care.
Youd thrive in this role if you:
- Are fluent in German and proficient in English
- Have strong customer service experience, ideally in technical support
- Understand IT topics like signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and audiovisual systems
- Are comfortable working in both Windows and Mac environments
- Bring great communication skills, team spirit, flexibility, and composure under pressure
