What youll do:
- Provide technical assistance to users, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism
- Troubleshoot issues related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with users, adapting to diverse situations
- Apply critical thinking and logical reasoning to resolve technical challenges

- Fluent in English / Portuguese
- Training or experience in IT support or cloud-based technologies (highly valued)
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and customer orientation
