Languages: Portuguese / English 
Schedule: Full-time (39h/week), Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
Work mode: On-site

  • Troubleshoot issues related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with users, adapting to diverse situations
  • Apply critical thinking and logical reasoning to resolve technical challenges

  • Fluent in English / Portuguese
  • Training or experience in IT support or cloud-based technologies (highly valued)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and customer orientation
