As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in managing customer relationships, driving sales, and delivering outstanding service across German-speaking markets. Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after theyve expressed interest in a product
- Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
- Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
- Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
- Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
- Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.
What Were Looking For
- Are bilingual or proficient in German and advanced in English
- Hold a high school diploma (minimum), with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies
- Bring experience in customer service or sales ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors
- Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele
- Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products
- Are structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers
- Are comfortable following a detailed, scripted call approach and submitting written reports post-interaction.
