Job Description

  • You will be responsible for Planning and setup of the Quality Management function reporting to the Managing Partner
  • After setup you will be responsible for running the quality function and meet the service quality & budget goals of the organization
  • Hire, train and monitor the Quality organization setup across all service locations (India, Philippines, Americas)
  • Report and Monitor quality across client accounts and report performance to Operations and other stakeholders in the organization
  • Mentor, monitor & Retain a team of Quality Analysts across business operations and geographies
  • Collaborate with Operations Leads to keep the team constantly updated and in lock step with the client requirements
  • Lead the definition of policies, processes, strategies, standards, and guidelines using best practice frameworks, while reviewing current approaches and suggesting improvements.
  • Support alignment between divisional and global strategies, regulations and standards through strong collaboration and partnership with the technology and business teams

Requirements and skills

  • Strong subject matter knowledge of Medical billing practices and procedures, including knowledge of state, local and federal laws
  • Strong subject matter knowledge of Provider data and data management
  • 12 to 15 years experience in BPO US Health care domain
  • At least 5 years experience in Quality Management / Process Excellence
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Masters preferred in a related field
  • Out of the Box thinker - with a solution mindset
  • Highly Analytical and has led improvement initiatives in BPO at a process or program level
  • Very comfortable with using Microsoft Office applications and remote working
  • Familiar with advanced business statistics and tools
  • Can articulate complex statistical analysis through simplified presentations to business audience
  • Can create PowerPoint decks for reviews
  • Has team building and leadership skills
