Job Description

Cognizant Netcentric is looking for a Junior Adobe Workfront configuration / implementation engineer who has a history of working with (Marketing) Work Management solutions and will work alongside our Marketing Technology Consultants and Architects to translate business challenges into solution design options in Adobe Workfront and Fusion. You will support offshore and account-based resources (client teams) with Workfront issue resolution and training requirements while fostering your technical skills around the Content Supply Chain in our large-scale enterprise projects. You will enable Adobe Workfront across a global marketing organisation, standardising workflows where possible and enabling local markets to utilise the appropriate tools.

Qualifications

• Gathered first experience with Workfront configuration and/or implementation
• Preferably certified in Workfront (Core Developer Certified Expert)
• First experience and preferably certified in Workfront Fusion, with experience of integration to third-party platforms
• Experience or understanding of other Adobe products (AEM Assets, Campaign, etc.) would be beneficial
• Ability to communicate your technical expertise in a way that clients understand and appreciate
• Proven track record in delivering excellent end-to-end service
• Excellent eye for detail
• Spanish and English language skills on professional level
• Willingness to travel to client-site up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the implementation (and optimization) of a customer's workflow, ensuring successful enablement of business objectives.
• Participating in discovery, solution design, configuration, and launch/adoption activities following a proven methodology and approach.
• Reviewing and analyzing complex requirements, identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions within the proposed solutions.
• Collaborating with team members to deliver solutions within agreed-upon timelines.
• Identify areas where the tools can be utilized beyond current use cases - expand to other business areas, including possible integration with other Adobe or third-party platforms.
• Work with the client to identify the above business justification/business case.
• Be responsible for the development of all associated artifacts aligned with implementation requirements.
• Development of Workfront Fusion / API-based interfaces to source or target systems.
