Join our Requirements Engineering "Bootcamp" a dedicated on-boarding and training program for experienced Requirements Engineers / IT Business Analyst with a background in websites and digital marketing. During the program, you will build on your existing knowledge, deepen your understanding of relevant web technologies and technical concepts, and get familiar with our project methodologies and the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) products we use in client projects.

By the end of the Requirements Engineering "Bootcamp" program, youll be ready to take on project assignments and (after initial project on-boarding support) lead the Requirements Engineering process within one of our teams.

Your Tasks

• You will be the link between our customers and our development teams and translate business requests to technical requirements and into technical concepts.
• You will write business requirements, test software, execute operational tasks, and provide project management support while strengthening your technical acumen and business consulting skills.
• You will take responsibility for the conception and design of web-based solutions in the digital marketing domain, as well as designing, testing, and launching the technology that fully meets the business need. You will turn clients into loyal fans.
• You will brainstorm with the client at the outset of a project. Then facilitate refinement meetings, engage in planning and demo sessions, and assist with backlog management
• You will support the analysis and implementation of requirements along the entire software development cycle.
• You will document and present the solutions implemented with your team for internal and external stakeholders.

What is required?

• Strong verbal and written English skills (C1 and higher)
• First hands-on experience with web-based content management systems (CMS)/digital marketing
• Solid technical understanding of web development and web application integrations
• Able to translate business requirements to technical solutions
• Initial hands-on experience with AI tools and the ability to apply them effectively to support tasks such as requirements drafting, analysis and specification writing
• Experience in the creation of wireframes / mock-ups for IT applications
• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript and/or web-relevant programming languages
• Experience in the analysis of IT processes and the structured creation of requirements for IT systems
• Knowledge of software modelling methods (UML, flow charts, use cases...), methodologies and process models in software development
• Readiness to travel (depending on project)
• Eligibility to work within the EU and/or Switzerland
