What You will Do

As a Senior L3 Network & Project Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for delivering cutting-edge solutions and leading projects that matter. Your role will include:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end projects for SMB and enterprise clients from planning and design to implementation and handover.
• Architect and implement Microsoft 365/O365 and Azure infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security).
• Act as the L3 escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring seamless resolution.
• Own multiple projects simultaneously manage timelines, communication, documentation, and change control.
• Engage directly with clients, translating technical solutions into business value and building trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with security and innovation teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and future-ready.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of MSP experience in a senior/L3 role.
• Deep hands-on expertise in:
  • Microsoft 365/O365, Entra ID, Purview
  • Azure administration and migrations
  • Teams VoIP/Teams Phone
  • Firewalls, switches, routing (multi-site environments)
  • Windows Server & Active Directory
• Strong project ownership and ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Stamford / NY Metro area as needed.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, Fortinet, etc.) are a big plus.
