Reablement Support Worker

  • £14.60 p/h Weekends
  • 35p per mile fuel
  • Driving essential
  • Generally, [7 am - 2 pm] and [4 pm - 10 pm] - shift start and finish times may vary slightly
  • Minimum 5-hour shift
  • Full-time, part-time, or bank hours available

Location: East & Mid Devon (Tiverton, Okehampton, Exmouth, Dawlish, Exeter, Cullompton, Newton Abbot and surrounding areas)

Are you a Care Assistant or Support Worker looking for long-term stability in a local role providing reablement care and support to clients in the Mid and East Devon area?

You will receive comprehensive training, including a one-day classroom instruction.

Network Healthcare is a nationwide, CQC-registered care provider that has recently secured a new long-term contract to provide reablement support in the Devon area.

This role would suit an experienced care assistant or support worker with a UK driving licence, looking for a long-term, local, stable role in the Devon area.

THE ROLE:

  • Deliver short-term, community support that promotes independence and well-being
  • Work flexibly across a large geographical area to respond quickly to referrals
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks such as mobility, personal care, meal preparation, and reablement-focused goals
  • Accurately document and communicate progress, risks, and concerns to the care coordinator
  • Monitor and adapt support based on the individuals progress

You must have:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Prepared to travel throughout mid and east Devon
  • Previous experience working as a care assistant or Support Worker
