Are you an experienced Senior Carer ready to step up into a leadership role within a fast-moving domiciliary care team?

This is a hands-on leadership position within our North Somerset homecare service. You wont be office-based only. You'll be out in the field supporting staff, covering care calls where required, and making sure our service runs safely and smoothly — especially when it matters most.

Network Healthcare is a long-established homecare provider, regulated by the CQC, delivering high-quality support to people in their own homes across North Somerset. We pride ourselves on reliability, strong leadership, and consistent standards of care.

This role would suit a confident Senior Carer or existing Team Leader who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and is comfortable taking ownership of problems rather than passing them on.

This is not a 9–5 supervisory post. Its a responsibility role. When things go wrong, you are the escalation point. When the team needs support, you step in.

In return, you'll join a growing care organisation that values strong leadership, clear standards, and progression from within.

The Role:

  • Leading from the front covering care shifts when required and supporting the team across North Somerset
  • Managing the on-call phone every week, responding to emergencies, sickness, and rota gaps
  • Completing staff spot checks and maintaining high standards of care delivery

The Person:

  • Experienced in domiciliary care with strong knowledge of home-to-home service delivery
  • Confident making decisions independently, particularly out of hours
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
