360 Recruitment Consultant Construction & Built Environment

Hybrid - London based

We are working with high-performing construction & built environment team in London who are looking for a recruitment consultant to join their tema. You'll step into a warm desk, focusing on white-collar roles across construction.

You'll manage the full 360 cycle: developing client relationships, taking detailed briefs, headhunting candidates, managing interviews and offers, and growing your own niche market. Roles will span Project & Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers, Engineers, Designers, H&S, Pre-construction and commercial professionals.

You'll work closely with experienced consultants and hands-on leadership, with clear progression routes either as a high-billing consultant or into team leadership and, longer term, director-level opportunities.
