EEG Technologist (PRN)

Our client is seeking an EEG Technologist (PRN) in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine, ambulatory, and video EEGs
• Explain testing procedure for all neurodiagnostic studies to patient and family using age-appropriate guidelines.
• Accurately records pertinent history from the patient.
• Sets-up patient for appropriate study to include patient, paperwork, room, and equipment.
• Accurately apply electrodes according to the International 10-20 measurement system to record EEG.
• Maintains patient confidentially with HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in EEG, more experience may be needed depending on Field Level needed in your current area
• BLS required
• Self-motivating
• Substantial computer literacy and troubleshooting required
• Seeking future team members with a team player attitude and flexibility
• Strength in working independently

Salary:

• Full time pay is $30-$33 for non-Registered Technologist
• Full time pay is $33-$35 for Registered Technologist

• Monday-Friday preferred
• Flexible Days
