IT Ops Manager (Application)

Job Description:

1. Management of administration and support of SkillsFuture/MOE Authority IT applications and services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT security policies.
2. Manage and monitor the incident and problem management of Authoritys IT applications and services.
3. Develop guideline, process and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and systems monitoring.
4. Manage contracts and budget of the assigned IT applications and services.
5. Provide application support in all stages of development, testing and production.

Job Requirements:

-Relevant IT credentials and qualifications.

-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in performing the Role
