Senior Financial Analyst - Manufacturing Plant Operations

Gibbsboro, NJ (Hybrid)

Direct Hire

Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 Per Year + Full Benefits

New Heights Career Services is collaborating with a prominent client to recruit a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to oversee their Manufacturing Plant Operations. In this role, you will provide robust financial leadership, supporting various functions including manufacturing, sales inventory, operations planning, and sourcing. Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial support to Operations Leaders
  • Contribute financial analysis to demand planning, inventory, and operating planning processes
  • Ensure consistent reporting and tracking of productivity
  • Support key productivity initiatives with financial analysis
  • Drive consistent financial processes across all plants, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Performance Management Scorecard Reporting, cost allocations, and inventory product costing
  • Develop financial and decision support models for operations, including restructuring analysis and Capital Budgeting Financial Analysis
  • Coordinate quarterly internal control assessment activities
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of finance experience, with 3 years in cost accounting
  • 2 years of Manufacturing/Plant financial or operational experience
  • 1 year in a financial leadership position
  • Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and financial modeling software
  • Proven ability to influence others at various levels of the organization
  • Solid knowledge of plant cost accounting and analysis
  • Strong decision support and modeling skills
  • Proficiency in planning and analysis for Annual Operating Planning processes, forecasts, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Minimal travel required (0 10 days per year)
  • Work environment typical of an office setting
