Responsibilities:

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's 2nd Processing department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Training, directing, and developing hourly employees to foster a culture of excellence.

• Ensuring the quality of finished products meets the highest standards.

• Identifying and implementing new methods of production to enhance efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 4 or more years of supervisory experience in poultry processing.

• An AA or BS degree is desired but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in all areas of 2nd processing, with specific emphasis on Cut-up and Cryovac.

• Familiarity with HACCP, SPC, and plant efficiencies related to yield, lbs./birds pmh, line speeds, and automatic process equipment.

Additional Information:

• This is a direct hire position.

• Onsite setting.

• Salary range: $63,000 - $73,000 Per Year.
