Position Overview:

As the Senior Regional Reliability Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development, deployment, and enhancement of reliability strategies across multiple plant locations within the United States. Reporting to the Director of Process & Reliability, you will be based at the plant and will travel up to 50% to other company facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic ownership of the Reliability and Maintenance programs, initially focused at the site level.

  • Drive improvement of maintenance and reliability performance/work processes using KPIs.

  • Accountable for all site maintenance and reliability projects, including routine and turnaround activities.

  • Collaborate with plant leadership teams, engineering, corporate functional leadership, external support, and contractors.

  • Conduct monthly bad actor "Equipment Failure Analysis" to establish maintenance strategies and propose improvements.

  • Develop and implement annual strategic objectives and budgets for the maintenance organization.

  • Monitor maintenance and reliability spend across the region, identifying trends and leading corrective actions.

  • Ensure integrity and maintenance of all plant assets, including production equipment, facilities, utility equipment, and grounds.

  • Select, manage, and work jointly with engineering or construction personnel for building structural and plant process projects.

  • Lead implementation of spare parts inventory program best practices and ensure sustainment of stock management discipline.

  • Provide technical expertise for PSM and mechanical integrity programs.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Maintenance/Reliability/Engineering in a PSM regulated Chemical Plant.

  • Ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Experience with PSM systems, CMMS, RCA, PM, and Maintenance Work Process.

  • Proficiency in using CMMS and ERP software.
