Classification: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Compensation: $16-18 per hour
Location: On-Site, Houston, TX

We specialize in providing comprehensive air conditioning (AC), air duct, and ventilation services for both residential and commercial clients. Our experienced team installs a wide range of AC systems—including central air, ductless mini-splits, and window units—ensuring every installation meets the highest industry standards. We also offer professional air duct cleaning to enhance indoor air quality, eliminate odors, and optimize HVAC system performance. Additionally, our technicians perform repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance on ventilation components, including fans, belts, motors, bearings, and pulleys. Our services also include the installation of hinge kits, high-temperature access doors, and residential and commercial vent hood systems.
- Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, air ducts, and ventilation components. This role includes air duct cleaning, troubleshooting HVAC system malfunctions, and ensuring efficient, safe operation in both residential and commercial environments.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
- Ability to work at heights and climb ladders (20–40 ft.)
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to accept and apply feedback
- Compliance with drug and alcohol testing requirements
- 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to communicate in English
- High school diploma / GED
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to: eye & hearing protection, gloves, steel-toed boots, hard hat, and flame-retardant work clothes, etc.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. & work in varying environmental conditions (heat, dust, noise, vibration, humidity).

- TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

- Arrive at job sites with appropriate tools, materials, and PPE
- Inspect HVAC systems and air ducts to assess service needs
- Load and unload tools and materials as needed
- Perform selective demolition (e.g., walls or ceilings) to access ductwork
- Install, repair, or replace air ducts using appropriate tools and equipment
- Conduct thorough air duct cleanings to improve airflow and indoor air quality
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC components (e.g., fans, motors, belts)
- Identify and resolve HVAC malfunctions and ensure system efficiency
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order; report issues promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
