Twilio Integration Specialist (Salesforce Environment)
Sydney Based | Initial 6-Month Contract | Architecture Through to Delivery
We are seeking an experienced Twilio Integration Specialist with strong exposure to Salesforce ecosystems to join a major transformation program within the utilities / electrical distribution sector.
This role is ideal for a hands-on specialist who has deep expertise designing and delivering Twilio-led customer communication solutions, while confidently operating across architecture, integration, implementation, and delivery phases.
The Opportunity
You will lead the design and deployment of modern communication platforms leveraging Twilio across customer engagement, operational notifications, service workflows, and outbound / inbound communications.
Working closely with Salesforce teams, enterprise architects, delivery leads, and business stakeholders, you will ensure Twilio capabilities are embedded into scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and delivery of Twilio solutions integrated with Salesforce and enterprise platforms
- Design omnichannel communication capabilities including SMS, voice, messaging, notifications, and workflow automation
- Integrate Twilio with Salesforce Service Cloud, CRM workflows, case management, and customer service operations
- Build scalable APIs and event-driven integrations across internal systems
- Provide technical leadership from discovery and solution design through to go-live
- Configure, optimise, and enhance Twilio platforms for enterprise usage
- Ensure security, compliance, scalability, and resilience standards are met
- Work with stakeholders across customer operations, field services, digital, and technology teams
- Support vendors and internal teams throughout implementation lifecycle
Required Experience
- Proven commercial experience delivering Twilio enterprise solutions
- Strong expertise across Twilio APIs, Programmable Messaging, Voice, Flex, Studio, Segment, or related Twilio products
- Experience integrating Twilio into Salesforce environments
- Strong architecture capability with ability to move into hands-on delivery when required
- Experience with APIs, middleware, webhooks, automation, and cloud integration patterns
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Highly Regarded
- Exposure to electrical distribution, utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with outage notifications, emergency communications, field workforce messaging, or customer engagement programs
- Salesforce certifications
- Twilio certifications
