Sydney Based | Initial 6-Month Contract | End-to-End Architecture to Delivery

We are partnering with a well-regarded organisation within the utilities / electrical distribution sector seeking an experienced Salesforce Specialist with strong Twilio integration expertise to support a key customer and operational transformation program.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on consultant who can operate across the full lifecycle — from solution architecture and design through to build, integration, testing, and delivery.

The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement, field communications, and service workflows through Salesforce and Twilio capabilities. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners, you will help shape scalable solutions in a critical infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution design across Salesforce platforms and Twilio integrations
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture
  • Deliver omnichannel communication solutions including SMS, voice, notifications, and workflow automation
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal systems, customer platforms, and operational technologies
  • Provide hands-on configuration / development where required
  • Oversee technical delivery, testing, deployment, and release activities
  • Work with business and operational stakeholders across customer service, field operations, and network functions
  • Ensure solutions align to security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards
  • Provide technical leadership across vendors and internal delivery teams

Required Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Specialist / Salesforce Solution Architect / Senior Salesforce Consultant
  • Proven experience integrating Twilio with Salesforce environments
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom platform solutions
  • Experience with APIs, middleware, event-driven integrations, and enterprise systems connectivity
  • Strong understanding of architecture principles and delivery governance
  • Ability to work across strategy, design, and execution phases
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Highly Regarded

  • Experience within electrical distribution, energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sectors
  • Exposure to outage communications, field workforce engagement, customer notifications, or contact centre transformation
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Twilio certifications or proven enterprise deployment experience

Contract Details

  • Initial 6-month contract with extension potential
  • Sydney based
