Our client, a leading national retailer, is investing heavily in AI-driven innovation and is looking for a GenAI Solutions Architect to shape their AI strategy, design scalable solutions, and integrate cutting-edge AI models into their enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement Generative AI solutions that enhance customer experiences, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
• Design and deploy AI-powered systems, integrating LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and automation tools into retail workflows.
• Work with data science, engineering, and DevOps teams to productionise AI models at scale.
• Define and enforce AI governance, security, and ethical AI best practices within an enterprise setting.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver innovative solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions align with cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and retail technology ecosystems.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with expertise in GenAI, AI/ML, and emerging technologies.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI model deployment.
• Experience integrating AI with cloud platforms (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).
• Familiarity with MLOps, automation, and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty) are a plus.
