Weve partnered with a national industrial solutions business with a strong presence in the specialty hose and fluid power sector. As the business evolves, they're seeking a Business Manager to lead a consolidated network of branches and integrate them into one business someone who excels at leading people, driving collaboration, and delivering results through others.

This isnt a role for someone who just manages the numbers. Its for a leader who builds strong teams, champions change, and brings people on the journey. While an understanding of the sector is helpful, deep technical or product knowledge is not essential  what matters is your ability to lead, influence, and drive performance.

What youll be doing:

  • Lead a team across multiple branches, covering both sales and operations functions
  • Drive a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team culture
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver and embed strategy across the region
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, drive operational consistency, and support change initiatives
  • Use data to inform decisions, track performance, and guide strategic direction
  • Foster cross-functional alignment and remove silos to drive shared success

What youll bring:

  • Strong people leadership experience you know how to engage, coach and develop teams
  • Background in multi-site or regional management, ideally in sales or operational settings
  • Commercial mindset with an ability to translate business objectives into team actions
  • Proven experience leading through change and uniting diverse teams
  • Collaborative leadership style you build trust, communicate clearly, and lead with intent
  • Valid drivers licence and flexibility to travel across your region
