About the Role: 

Our client, a leading player in Retail Sector, is seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst specializing in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and growing organization that values technology-driven solutions to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications within Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Design, configure, and implement customizations to enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Dynamics 365 F&O users.
• Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the system meets business needs.
• Stay current with the latest updates and features in Dynamics 365 F&O, advising on best practices and potential system improvements.
• Document system configurations, business processes, and user manuals to support ongoing use and training.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system.
• Participate in project planning, providing accurate timelines and resource requirements for Dynamics 365 F&O initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 F&O.
• In-depth understanding of finance and operations within an ERP environment.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O, including configuration, customization, and system integration.
• Experience with data migration, Microsoft Power Platform, and reporting tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
