This is a unique opportunity to work with large language models (LLMs), computer vision, and automation technologies to transform the retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models for retail applications, including personalisation, chatbots, demand forecasting, and process automation.
• Work with LLMs, NLP, and computer vision technologies to create innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Build and optimise AI pipelines, integrating models into cloud environments (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI).
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to bring AI prototypes into production.
• Implement MLOps best practices, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of AI models.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and recommend emerging technologies to enhance AI capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in GenAI, machine learning, or deep learning development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries, APIs, and model deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
• Knowledge of MLOps, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD for AI workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
