We have been engaged by a National Retailer to assist them in onboarding a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst specializing in Dynamics 365 Financials. Working within an experience team, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze business processes and financial systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization within Dynamics 365 Financials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Financials modules to meet business needs and enhance financial performance.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring effective use of Dynamics 365 Financials.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business process workflows, user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Liaise with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 Financials with other systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 Financials features, updates, and industry best practices.

Your background and experience will include the following:
- Experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Financials.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Financials modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Financials is a plus.
