Head of Digital Technology

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead platform engineering and analytics initiatives, driving business growth through data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Engineering: Develop and maintain data lakehouse architecture and real-time data flow.
• Automation and Integration: Oversee low-code/iPaaS stack and drive ERP/PLM/CRM integration.
• Advanced Analytics and AI: Develop and integrate advanced analytics models and AI solutions.
• ERP Transformation: Lead the overhaul of the WFX ERP system, ensuring full integration and optimization.
• Analytics Excellence: Implement real-time reporting and predictive analytics.
• Smart Factory Integration: Collaborate on advanced manufacturing initiatives, including IoT and machine learning.
• Innovation Lab: Spearhead agile sprints for AR and digital twin proof-of-concepts.
• Enablement: Train and mentor no-code citizen developers and publish analytics playbooks.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of experience in machine learning and data leadership, with 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, SQL, and cloud-based MLOps.
• Domain expertise in manufacturing/supply chain and 3D CAD/PLM is desirable.
• Proven track record of successful large-scale ERP implementations and integrations.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Agile mindset and clear communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
