Head of Crypto Derivatives BU

We are looking for an exceptional leader to head our clients Derivatives Business Unit across Asia. This is a senior, accountable role focused on optimizing and growing our clients established digital asset derivatives franchise (perpetuals, futures, options) within a demanding 24/7 trading ecosystem. Compensation base : 300k USD

Key Responsibilities:

Full P&L ownership and strategic development of the derivatives offering.

Enhance all aspects of risk management: margin, liquidations, funding, and leverage.

Ensure robust operational resilience and scalability of exchange infrastructure.

Lead, mentor, and expand the existing derivatives team.

Collaborate strategically with tech, risk, compliance, and treasury.

Maintain stringent regulatory compliance across Asian jurisdictions.

Your Profile:

Senior leadership background in crypto or institutional derivatives platforms.

Expertise in leverage risk, liquidation, ADL, and funding rate dynamics.

Proven experience scaling derivatives products on an exchange.

Strong commercial acumen paired with disciplined risk governance.

Adept at managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Prior experience in Asian markets preferred.

A natural leader with C-suite communication skills.
