Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute Vietnams growth strategy in alignment with regional and global leadership.
• Build and engage a community of users passionate about quant finance, AI, and data innovation.
• Drive user acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle engagement through creative campaigns, competitions, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams to launch new initiatives and scale best practices across markets.
• Experiment, measure, and iterate youll have the freedom to test new ideas and own your outcomes.

Qualified Candidates:

• 5+ years experience in business strategy, marketing, or operations ideally in B2C, tech, fintech, or community platforms.
• A track record of driving growth, engagement, or product adoption.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
