We're partnering with a fast‑growing AI‑native data infrastructure company that's redefining how enterprises feed GPU‑intensive workloads. They're looking for a Senior Regional Sales Manager to build and lead their APAC sales organization — owning the commercial strategy, channel partnerships, and revenue growth across the region. Role Overview
Own and build the APAC sales function. You'll be the commercial lead for customer projects, driving business development, solution selling, and deal closure while partnering closely with channel partners and internal presales/R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities
Own the full APAC sales cycle: prospecting, solution selling, commercial negotiations, and closing deals
Develop and execute channel sales strategies focused on high‑value resellers and cloud ecosystem partners
Build and scale the AI & NVIDIA software/infrastructure stack ecosystem; foster win‑win partnerships for mutual growth
Train, enable, and support partners so they can effectively sell our solutions
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance, identify gaps, and explore growth opportunities
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, secure new deal wins, and maintain long‑term customer relationships
Identify qualified target customers, articulate product value, and build trust to drive deal closure
Take full ownership of sales operations across the APAC region
Collaborate with presales and R&D to ensure product fit and customer success

Qualifications
Proven experience in server/storage sales
Demonstrated success negotiating large‑scale transactions and leading deal closure
Proven experience closing deals related to NVIDIA infrastructure (GPU, InfiniBand network, or storage)
Strong existing connections within the NVIDIA ecosystem (NPN/NCP)
In‑depth knowledge of WekaIO, VAST Data, DDN, IBM Spectrum Scale, or Pure Storage (preferred)
Willingness to travel frequently
