Our client is seeking an experienced leader to drive business continuity and execution excellence as the Head of Sales Operations. This pivotal role will oversee global sales operations, leveraging Salesforce to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead the global sales operations function, including Salesforce governance, commercial metrics framework development, and global sales cadence implementation. Partner with Technology to deliver in-flight roadmaps and identify future roadmap items for seamless Salesforce integration.
  • Process Optimization & CRM Governance: Define and enforce standardized Salesforce processes, ensuring 70% compliance and 95% CRM data completeness. Oversee Salesforce integration with other systems and ensure regional adoption.
  • Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Develop accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce and internal data, build global forecasting methodologies, and lead regular pipeline and forecast reviews.
  • Commercial Cadence & Governance: Partner with business leaders to track sales performance, identify opportunities, and drive improvement initiatives. Institutionalize regular pipeline and forecast reviews.
  • Data, Reporting, & Insights: Develop sales reporting and insights to support data-driven decision-making, design executive dashboards, and establish a global commercial metrics framework.
  • Team Leadership: Manage end-to-end team operations, set goals and objectives, and drive collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations, with 6+ years in leadership roles
  • Skills:
    • Proven experience in Salesforce rollout, governance, sales process design, and optimization
    • Expertise in sales strategy, planning, and global sales operations cadence implementation
    • Strong understanding of data visualization and analytics
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Ability to influence across regions and levels
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Analytics, Business, or related field
