About the job Account Executive (SAP) - Japan


We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Sales Lead to drive business growth and expansion in the Japan market. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through SAP HANA solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for SAP HANA solutions in Japan
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our clients presence in the Japan market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including presales, delivery, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the SAP HANA business in Japan

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP sales, preferably in HANA or related technologies
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the Japanese market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Fluency in Japanese and English languages

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with enterprise clients, particularly in the manufacturing, finance, or retail industries
  • Knowledge of SAP products and solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Leonardo
  • Certification in SAP sales or consulting would be an advantage
