SAP Functional Consultant (FICO)

Responsibilities

Configuration & Support

• Configure and support SAP FICO modules, ensuring cross-module integrations.

  Manage financial processes and end-to-end operations, ensuring system stability.

Solution Design

• Design, test, and deploy end-to-end SAP FICO solutions with cross-module integration.

  Prepare FDS/DDS and support enhancements, rollouts, and S/4HANA projects.

User Engagement

• Lead UAT, deliver user training, and provide ongoing support. 

  Maintain documentation and act as the liaison between business and technical teams.

Problem-Solving

• Analyze requirements and deliver scalable SAP solutions. 

  Troubleshoot issues, provide post-go-live support, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong configuration and support expertise. 

  At least 2 full-cycle implementations, including 1 S/4HANA project.

  Strong knowledge of financial accounting & controlling and cross-module integration (MM, SD, PM, Procurement).

  Familiar with S/4HANA, Fiori, and ASAP/Activate methodology.

   

  Skilled in solution design, documentation, and process optimization.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management processes.
• Experience in asset accounting lifecycle (acquisition, depreciation, disposal).
• Exposure to Plant Maintenance (PM) and manufacturing finance integration.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and financial dashboards.
