Supplier Quality Manager (Semiconductor)

We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Quality Manager to join our clients team. As a key leader, you'll drive supplier quality performance, develop and implement strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global team to ensure "Best in Class" supplier quality performance
• Develop and implement supplier strategies
• Collaborate with R&D, Technical Operation Management, and Test Program Engineering
• Drive supplier development and improvement activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or similar field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the semiconductor industry(e.g., wafer process technologies, assembly, test).
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor design and processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
