Our client is a global leader in Fintech solutions, actively expanding across Southeast Asia. With a commitment to driving innovation and delivering impactful financial services, they are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Client Advisory to join their growing Vietnam team. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, partner with senior stakeholders, and contribute to business growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic advisory projects for enterprise and financial services clients, developing tailored business solutions that address operational, commercial, and market challenges.
- Act as the primary relationship owner for senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, ensuring the delivery of impactful recommendations and long-term partnership value.
- Leverage data analytics, financial modeling, and market intelligence to craft business strategies that drive measurable outcomes and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with internal business lines and product teams to design integrated, client-centric solutions that align with business objectives and market needs.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts, taking the lead in proposal development, pitch presentations, and commercial negotiation
- Support the regional leadership team by contributing to thought leadership initiatives, advisory frameworks, and knowledge-sharing activities that strengthen the firm's consulting practice.
- Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously, managing project timelines, budgets, client expectations, and internal resources to deliver consistently high performance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business advisory, or product strategy roles, preferably within fintech, financial services, or multinational business environments.
- A track record of leading high-stakes consulting projects and managing executive-level client relationships.
- Deep understanding of business performance metrics, financial modeling, and organizational leadership principles.
- Skilled at identifying business development opportunities and leading proposal creation and client scoping discussions.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for client engagements and regional initiatives.
