Our client specializes in health and beauty products, with a strong focus on e-commerce development. This company operates as the Vietnamese branch of a Singapore-based enterprise. The parent company in Singapore has established a presence across major Southeast Asian markets, primarily engaged in the big health industry, offering health supplements and nutritional products.

As a Livestream Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the host to manage and optimize Livestream operations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring high-quality content and engagement. The ideal candidate should have e-commerce live-streaming experience, be familiar with live-streaming sessions, data analysis, and host management. Candidates with e-commerce live-streaming experience and fluency in Chinese are preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Host in preparing the livestream, arranging products, preparing gifts, arranging the background, supporting the script, and dialogue
  • During the livestream, responsible for controlling the room: handling comments, sending promotional information, sharing product links, and supporting interactions to promote orders.
  • Monitor livestream data (number of online viewers, number of orders, interaction rate) and promptly respond to streamers or remove any doubts.
  • Support in handling gift distribution, tracking shipping, and inventory records
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.

Main Requirements:

  • Language: Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in TikTok live-streaming operations or e-commerce live-streaming with proven success.
  • Live Streaming Expertise: Understanding of TikTok Live or other e-commerce livestream platforms, experience in controlling rooms/assistants is an advantage. 
  • Problem-solving skills: To identify and resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
