Sales Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Medical Sales Supervisor to represent our medical brands across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. This role is key in executing our medical strategy and expanding our presence in assigned territories through customer engagement, team leadership, and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Execution & Field Management

• Implement brand strategy covering product positioning, pricing, promotions, and sales targets.
• Organize medical events (workshops, scientific lunches, etc.).
• Conduct regular field visits with team members to ensure alignment with brand strategy and provide coaching for improvement.
• Explore and develop new customer bases in targeted provinces through regular business travel.

2. Team Management

• Oversee medical reps' planning and performance (visit schedules, CRM updates, sales tracking).
• Ensure the team is well-trained on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Support issue resolution from field teams including customer concerns and doctor feedback.
• Collaborate on account openings and event planning.

3. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs.
• Develop strategic partnership programs and co-organize KOL events.
• Expand KOL network and strengthen brand loyalty.

4. Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Track and report on sales performance, customer activities, and competitor intelligence to senior management.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Pharmacy (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within pharmaceuticals or cosmetics.
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, communication, team leadership, planning, and time management.
• Willingness to travel; adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
