Job Title: Director/Partner - Business Development (Indonesia)

Job Description:

As the Director/Partner of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding our client base in Indonesia. This is a hunter role that requires a strategic and proactive approach to identify and secure new business opportunities. Your main goal will be to achieve a minimum target of USD $100K in new business, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive new logo acquisition in Indonesia

- Identify and target potential clients across various industries, with a focus on high-growth sectors

- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives to understand their business needs and position our services as the solution

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and stay updated on industry trends

- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals

- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress towards targets

- Act as a mentor and leader for the business development team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting roles, preferably in the APAC region

- Strong C-level networks and proven track record of successfully closing deals with high-profile clients

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proven experience in driving new logo acquisition and achieving sales targets

- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and business landscape

- Team leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
