Our client is  seeking a highly skilled UX Product Manager to lead the design and optimization of intuitive, user-centric experiences in the financial and Web3 industries. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your expertise in user research, journey mapping, and data-driven decision-making to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and refine user flows to solve pain points and enhance overall experience
• Conduct research (interviews, surveys, analytics) to uncover user needs and drive UX improvements
• Lead feature design and process enhancements to deliver polished, intuitive experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on UX initiatives
• Leverage analytics and A/B testing to validate and refine UX optimizations
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience with a UX focus
• Deep understanding of UX principles and logical problem-solving
• Proficiency in analytics and UX tools (e.g., Figma)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial (FinTech, payments) or Web3 (DeFi, wallets, NFTs) industries
• Knowledge of agile methodology
• Proven track record of delivering successful UX projects
