Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Lead to drive the development of our decentralized exchange platform. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our DEX meets the evolving needs of our users and the broader crypto community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for the DEX that aligns with business goals and user needs.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and user research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor offerings.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver a high-quality product on time and within budget.
• User Experience Focus: Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and intuitive trading experience.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates and insights to stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment across the organization.
• Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about the regulatory landscape impacting decentralized finance (DeFi) and ensure product compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on fintech or blockchain products, with prior management experiences
• Proven track record of launching successful digital products, preferably in the decentralized finance space.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized exchanges.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for cryptocurrency and decentralized finance, with a keen interest in user-centric design.
