Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, exceptional sales and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of success in institutional sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new institutional clients, including hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and asset managers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand product offerings, and increase market share.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including trading, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Finance or Business or related discipline
- Min 2-3 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency industries.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, including trends, products, and regulatory developments.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and inform sales strategies.
- Excellent Communications Skills, preferably in both Mandarin and English
