Our client is a leading Tier 1 cryptocurrency exchange globally. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join their dynamic TA team and play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future.

Job Summary:

This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for talent acquisition, a keen understanding of the crypto industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's business objectives, focusing on crypto, fintech, and related fields.
  2. Source and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, to understand their talent needs and preferences.
  4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely hiring.
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine recruitment processes, policies, and procedures.
  6. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote our employer brand.

Requirements:

  1. Min 5-8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the fintech or crypto industries, with prior experiences on managing team of 5-8 direct reports
  2. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong understanding of the crypto and fintech landscapes, including key trends and players.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and optimize recruitment strategies.
  6. Proficiency in recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management platforms.
