Our client is a rapidly expanding B2C technology company in SEA, now strengthening its footprint in the Vietnamese market. They are looking for a dynamic and strategic-minded Social & Community Lead to join their local team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive social and community strategies across multiple channels 
  • Leverage both owned and earned media channels to drive engagement, visibility, and reach.
  • Build, nurture, and activate Vietnam-based online communities and customers
  • Ensure brand alignment across all communication touchpoints, including tone, visuals, and messaging
  • Lead initiatives in public relations, brand reputation management, and storytelling campaigns.
  • Organize and execute community engagement programs such as offline meetups, partnerships, and activations.
  • Oversee influencer/creator partnerships as well as agency collaborations, ensuring impactful outcomes
  • Track key metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for continuous growth

Key Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in social media, community building, or PR
  • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, and agencies
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment: agile, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in the face of ambiguity and change.
