Our client is a leading global manufacturer specializing in packaging and labelling solutions for major international brands. We are seeking a Chinese-speaking Account Manager to join the team in Long An, Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing strategic client relationships, driving business growth, and supporting the company's market expansion in Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of sales performance and achieve assigned targets for key market segments.
  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring strong client satisfaction and ongoing business.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, targeting potential clients to expand market presence.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts with key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
  • Develop relationships with end users, particularly those utilizing filmic packaging products.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, providing feedback on customer trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including sales updates, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual sales budget and strategic planning process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the packaging, labelling, or related industries, preferably working with brands (Fashion, Apparel, or Footwear).
  • Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining strong team leadership and coordination skills.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
